Spaghetti with Smoked Trout & Lemon

Nothing says "summers coming" like the fresh flavours of fish and citrus. And with only five ingredients, this dish is a cinch!
Ingredients
- 375g wholewheat spaghetti
- 2 bunch(es) asparagus, trimmed and sliced
- 120g petits pois, frozen
- 200g hot smoked trout, flaked into chunks
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 11⁄2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions

Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the spaghetti to pack instructions, or until just tender. Add the asparagus and petits pois for the final 2 minutes of cooking time.

Drain the pasta and vegetables, then return to the pan. Add the smoked trout, along with the lemon zest and juice. Season to taste and toss to combine, then serve.
