Delightful and very quick recipe! Thin chicken cutlets were on sale at the store this morning so about five minutes to put together and forget till ready to grill, which was also quick because all the cutlets were the same size.
Ingredients
- 35g fajita seasoning mix
- 450g chicken breasts
- 240ml salsa
- 60ml soured cream
- 10 sprays calorie controlled cooking spray
Directions

Place chicken breasts and seasoning in a seal able plastic bag; shake to coat well.

Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.

Place breasts in casserole.

Bake 30 minutes at 195°C / 175°C (fan oven) / 375°F / Gas Mark 5.

Top with salsa about 5 minutes before breasts are done.

Top with sour cream before serving.
