A versatile and famous dish, this version is full of savoury mushroom goodness.
Ingredients
- 13oz potatoes
- 11oz mushrooms, cooked and sliced
- 2oz low fat soft cheese
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 tsp pepper

Cook the baking potatoes for 10-12 minutes in the microwave or for 1-1.5 hours in a conventional oven at 200°C / 180°C (fan oven) / 395°F / Gas Mark 6.

Mix the mushrooms with the soft cheese and season with the Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.

Slit open the jacket potatoes and top with the cheese mixture to serve.
