A gloriously sweet yet fresh palate cleanser to wind up your big meat feast
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- 2 limes, juiced
- 300g pineapple rings (tinned)
Directions

Mix the honey and lime juice together in a small bowl and set aside.

Place the pineapple slices on the barbecue grill for 2-3 minutes, turning halfway through, until charred.

Lightly brush the slices with the honey mix and continue to cook and turn for another 10 minutes until golden. Serve with fresh mint leaves if desired.
