Banana and pecan mug cake

Ingredients
- 40g bananas
- 20g wholemeal flour
- 1⁄4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 pinch(es) cinnamon
- 11⁄2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tsp agave syrup
- 1 calorie controlled cooking spray
- 10g pecan, toasted

Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the wholemeal flour, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, milk and syrup. Stir until well combined.

Mist a microwave mug with spray, then spoon in the cake batter. Scatter over the toasted pecans. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds or until the cake is risen and cooked through. Let stand before serving.
