Scrambled Eggs with Spinach & Tomatoes

A low fat and filling start to the day!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp skimmed milk
- 100g spinach (young leaf)
- 100g cherry tomatoes
Directions

Whisk together the egg and milk, and pour into a pan on a medium heat. Stir gently until cooked to preference.

Meanwhile grill the cherry tomatoes and serve on a bed of spinach beside the cooked egg mixture.
