Veggie Tortilla Pizza

Pizza is one of my favourite meals, this one is guilt-free but still tastes like a treat
Ingredients
- 5 sprays calorie controlled cooking spray
- 100g quorn pieces
- 1 tortilla wraps
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 30g cheddar cheese (reduced fat), grated
- 1⁄4 tsp chilli flakes
- 1⁄2 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 bunch(es) basil leaves, to garnish

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C (fan oven) / 395°F / Gas Mark 6. Mist a small nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and put over a medium heat. Fry the Quorn pieces for 5-6 minutes, turning regularly, until golden all over. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Put the tortilla on a baking sheet. Spread over the tomato puree and top with the tomato and cooked Quorn. Scatter over the cheese, chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla base is crisp, then serve garnished with the basil.
