A simple retell of a classic fruit, with the chocolate complementing the taste of the banana well.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 150g low-fat custard
- 20g dark chocolate

Peel the bananas and slice at an angle into 2cm slices. Grill for 2-3 minutes each side until charred. Meanwhile peel back the lid from a pot of low fat custard, add the dark chocolate into the pot, recover and microwave on high for 1 min. Leave to stand for 1 min, stir and then top with the bananas and serve.
