A marinade of Cajun seasoning, soy, and honey make these roasted shrimp extra flavorful.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 2 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp creole seasoning
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 450g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 calorie controlled cooking spray

Preheat oven to 230°C / 210°C (fan oven) / 450°F / Gas Mark 8.

Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.

Add lemon juice, honey, dried parsley, creole seasoning, olive oil, and soy sauce to dish and stir well to combine.

Add shrimp and toss to coat.

Bake for 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.
