This is our fruitful take on a Bircher muesli. Ever so virtuous, and it tastes wonderful to boot.

Pop your oats, juice and cinnamon into a sealable tub. Stir well. Put the lid on. Pop it in the fridge for 30 mins to overnight.

Remove from the fridge, add your grated apple and yogurt. Mix.

Serve in bowls chopped with more chopped apple.
