Frozen Lychee Yogurt

Traditional in Chinese cuisine, lychees add a delicious sweet hit.
Ingredients
- 850g canned lychees
- 1800g yogurt
- 4 tsp clear honey
Directions

Blitz the lychees in a food processor until finely chopped. Mix with the yogurt and honey. Put in a shallow, lidded container and freeze for 2 hours.

Return to the processor and blitz until smooth. Put back in the freezer for 1 hour.

Repeat step 2 twice, returning the mixture to the freezer each time.

Remove from the freezer 20 mins before serving.
