Capture the true taste of summer with this berry-infused spirit that makes a stunning gin 'n' tonic or base for a fruity cocktail.
Ingredients
- 700ml gin
- 400g strawberries, sliced
- 100g caster sugar
Directions

Mix the gin with the strawberries and caster sugar in a large bowl and pour into a sterilised jar.

Store in the fridge and stir every two days for three weeks. Strain though coffee filters or muslin cloth to serve.
