Start the day with a filling and healthy mix of puffed rice, oats, fruit and nuts.
Ingredients
- 50g porridge oats
- 50g mixed nuts, roughly chopped
- 200g dried fruit
- 25g puffed rice cereal
- 100ml milk, to serve

Heat oven to 180°C / 160°C (fan oven) / 360°F / Gas Mark 4. Scatter porridge oats and nuts on a baking sheet. Cook for 8-10 mins or until lightly golden.

Remove and cool, then mix with fruit and cereal. Serve with skimmed milk or fat-free yogurt.
