A low fat, easy and delicious tuna salad. I can't believe how much I like this! The recipe can easily be multiplied. Serve on top of lettuce.
Ingredients
- 340g tinned tuna, drained
- 100g celery sticks, finely diced
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1⁄4 tsp pepper

Combine tuna, celery and parsley in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper; stir to combine.

For a flavor boost without increasing the points value, you can add diced olives, chopped pickles or relish, or onions.
