Egg Drop Soup with Chicken

This Egg Drop soup is born from a love of the soup and MANY trips to my favourite Chinese restaurant.
Ingredients
- 1l chicken broth
- 1⁄2 tsp soy sauce
- 150g chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 50g peas (frozen)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 50g spring onions, thinly sliced
Directions

In saucepan, bring chicken stock and soy sauce to a boil. Add chicken, peas and green onion; bring to a boil again.

Remove from heat; drizzle in egg in slow steady stream. Let sit for 1 minute for egg to set.

Stir gently before ladling into bowls.
