A simple and tasty chicken dish.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions, small, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried coriander
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1 lemon
- 300ml single cream
- 4 chicken breasts, diced
- 160g white rice
Directions

Firstly pan fry the chicken in a pan with the dried coriander, then leave to one side.

Put the rice on, start making your sauce by adding a small glug of the olive oil then put in the onions and the garlic.

Let the onions soften for about 10 minutes, add the parsley then the cream, squeeze the lemon in the sauce then bring to a boil.

Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, stir and serve straight away with the rice.
