This dessert couldn't be more simple. It looks and tastes amazing.

Freeze the whole bananas in their skins for 24 hours.

Remove the bananas from the freezer and peel. Put them in a food processor or blender, along with the strawberries, orange zest and juice, and process until smooth. Serve immediately or spoon into freezer-safe ramekins and freeze until needed.
