Honey and Cinnamon Apple Crisps

Delicious and healthy. Not too sweet. You could also use Royal Gala apples.
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Braeburn apples, cored and thinly sliced
Preheat the oven to 140°C / 120°C (fan oven) / 285°F / Gas Mark 1. In a small pan, gently heat the honey with the cinnamon. Set aside.
Arrange the apples in a single layer across baking sheets, then brush with the honey mixture, if it has thickened, reheat it briefly. Bake for 40 minutes, remove from the oven, turn, and bake for a further 25 minutes. Leave to cool completely, then store in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days.
